Welcome to the North East Karate Kai 2026 website
New classes starting after Easter 2026 at Richard Avenue Primary School
5.30pm until 6.30 (Family classes from 7 year olds to 70+), 6.30pm until 7.30pm Adults only including Specific themed sessions including Kata, Sparring, Self defence and pad work. Sensei will communicate who is eligible for this session. Blackbelts welcome at all sessions
We teach:
Traditional Shotokan Karate.
Self Defence for men, woman and children.
Groundwork and restraint techniques.
Lessons are taught by male and female instructors, two of which are fully qualified school teachers.
